Renton House
This is my current place of residence.
I am renting a house and have a roommate Kyle. Kyle and I have been
roommates for 3 years now and have worked out a good system of keeping the house
in order.
Location
The house is located in Renton Washington, a suburb of Seattle. I believe
the house is on an acre lot and it has a 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Kyle and I have split the house such that we each have 2 rooms. I have the
master and the smallest of the 4 rooms and Kyle has 2 equal sized adjoining
rooms. The house is about 2000 sq ft. and was recently remodeled.
This house was originally the landlords grandmothers house built circa 1950's,
although the remodeling brings it up to modern looks and comforts. It has
a full basement under the house that we use for basic storage. The yard is
huge but the landlord was kind enough to leave us a riding lawn mower.
This actually makes mowing the lawn fun as we ride around drinking beer and
waving at our neighbors. I'm really starting to feel like Hank Hill, from
the show "King of the Hill"
